Assistant Planning Officer
Recruitment of Backlog Vacancy of One S.T. Post of Asst. Plg. Officer
The HMDA invites applications from the eligible S.T. Women / Men applicants for appointment by direct recruitment (temporary) for one post of Assistant Planning Officer carrying a pay scale of Rs.19050-45850.
The applicants shall possess the following qualifications and stipulations.
Post-Graduate Degree or Diploma in Town Planning from a recognized University in India established or incorporated by or a Central Act or a Provincial Act or a State Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission. (OR) Associate of Institute of Town Planners, India or a foreign professional institute such as Royal Town Planning Institute or American Institute of Planners.
Two years experience in preparation of housing schemes and Regional or and Development Schemes in Town Planning Department or in any local Planning Authority or in any Organization pertaining to Urban & Regional Planning. (OR) A reputed Architectural and Planning Firm.(OR) In a Research and Training Institution.
The appointment will be made in accordance with the instructions issued through G.O.Ms.No. 610 GAD, Dt. 30-12-1985 and applicants who have studied continuously for a period of (4) years between 4th class to 10th class in the district of Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy, Nizambad, Mahaboobnagar, Nallagonda, and Medak are advised to apply with necessary proof of the same.
How To Apply : Eligible applicants fulfilling the above conditions may send their Bio-data giving the full details covering Name, Age, Mailing address, Qualifications, Social Status, Experience, etc. along with two copies of the latest passport size photo and a non-refundable DD for Rs. 1000/- drawn in favour of the Metropolitan Commissioner, HMDA payable at Hyderabad (issued by any scheduled bank).
The Bio-data with all the above requirements enclosing attested copies of the certificates in respect of qualifications and experience shall reach the Secretary, HMDA, Tarnaka, Hyderabad on or before August 5th, 2013.
Selection Process :The selection will be made based on a written test and interview.
