Job Details:

-Gathering business requirement, mapping the requirement with system, involve in Gap Analysis and building the solution along with taking ownership of delivery of Gaps on time to meet client expectations

-Functional Inputs-Preparing the BRD (Businesses Requirement Document) and FSD (Functional Specification Document), Current System Study

-Studying the banks current set of Collections solutions and Processes

-Interaction with Development Team on the enhancements to be undertaken in the Product as per requirement from different customers and competitor offerings

-Conducting Training and Knowledge Sessions for Internal customers/teams and external

-Should have good knowledge on Finance and banking operations

-Conducting Product demos to clients

-Imparted Training of the Banking Software to various clients in Indian and abroad

-Write Process Charts and Activity Charts for each feature

-Onsite Interaction with client's process experts and key users to understand their business processes and solution management within timelines
