Job Responsibilities:
Revenue Management
- Responsible for revenues, expenses, operating margins as per targets.
- Responsible for overall business management in the area.
- Account management including understanding of customer requirements.
- Works towards enhancement of the profitability of the account.
- Ensuring that all calls are received, logged, assigned and closed as per the defined SLA time-frames and reporting formats.
- Ensuring that all incidents and service requests are closed within the defined SLA.
- Reviewing daily calls report and pending calls report vis--vis the SLA.
- Identifying training needs of the engineers on different products and services.
- Identifying training needs of the team from a technical and soft-skills perspective such that they are able to deliver to changing needs of customer business.
- Reviewing the weekly calls, both closed and pending, and preparing RCA report for out of SLA calls.
- Single point of contact for all operations and transactions for the region.
- Ensuring that the software and hardware asset inventory is updated regularly to reflect the actual status at all times.
- Ensuring that proper Standard Operating Procedures and Work instructions are in place for each transaction handled by the different engineers.
- Checking the daily reports for correctness prior to submitting for review.
- Preparing & updating of Work Instructions documents related to desk side and remote support services.
- Analysis of daily, weekly and monthly reports to predict trends, patterns and take corrective permanent measures, as the need may be.
- Responsible for monthly submission of the MIS report as per the defined format.
- Ensure Review of BCS regularly.
- Ensuring that the MIS report incorporates reports of all deliverables as per SLA.
- Review of the asset inventory and updating the same across all sites.
