• Enter Project details in the enquiry log and obtain appropriate proposal number from enquiry log
• Study RFQ and other documents / drawings supplied by customer. generate Technical & Commercial Queries
• For Honeywell hardware supply, use the relevant configurator tool to estimate cost and generate BoM. Ensure that the configurator version and record the version number in your estimation template. Also ensure technical completeness of the configuration
• Compile Technical and Commercial proposal in required format
• Study of Techno-commercial queries/ clarifications received from customer and draft responses
• Update / Revise the Techno-commercial offer
• Enter and submit timesheet in SAP
• RFQ of the Identified 3rd party system Buyout items shall be sent to respective sub-vendor to get the Techno- commercial offer
• RFQ of the Identified 3rd party Package items shall be sent to respective sub-vendor to get the Techno- commercial offer
