Job Details:
- Knowledge of MS office in detail
- Good written and verbal communication
- Analytical skills
- Experience of handling similair expense tracking and control - Good record management knowledge
- Responsible for all monthly booking of freight bills for Deere paid freight in TRM FF
- Bill booking, payment to transporters and tracking of all the freight expenses at actuals
- Supporting SM team with all documentation on Bank & Disclaimer Certificates/CT3 Working
-Provision Submission to Finance, tracking of actuals and nulify the provisions subsequently
-Monthly Freight reports to all procurement groups in TRM
- with premium freight portion
- Freight Cost Recovery for rejected Parts from suppliers
- Maintain all part wise, bill wise and supplier wise freight data
