We are looking for fresh graduates/under graduates with zero work experience. This position is for providing technical and non-technical support for Kenexa’s web-based applications to our clients worldwide.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Provide timely responses to client's questions and concerns over phone and/ or email.
2. Provide superior customer service and training to clients.
3. Provide quick problem solving including, but not limited to, fixing errors, creating alternative methods of completing a task, correcting user errors, and correcting system inconsistencies.
4. Provide detailed and accurate cases of all client contact.
5. Provide assistance to the Product Support Manager and other departments when requested.
6. Become exceptionally familiar with Kenexa's products and services
