- Act as the interface to local HR in arranging Visas and travel to the United States for training.
- Responsible for all levels of interaction with Customer Service representatives in a 24x7enterprise environment, including diagnosis, problem reproduction, and ultimateresolution.
- Responsible for ensuring all levels of Pillar Support's customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Responsible for providing status on all defects and projects being handled by the Platform Software sustaining team.
- Participates and contributes in reviews of design, code, and documentation as needed.
- Works as an effectivemember of a cohesive development team.
- Ability to effectively motivate and manage engineering resources.
- Must have proven skills in leading or managing teams of 5 or more engineers.
