Job Details:
- Working on strategic/ Adhoc IT projects
- Gathering the test requirements
- Creating use cases and converting them into subsequent business flow scenarios
- Prepare Business Scenarios and Business functional Test Cases for E2E business application Testing
- Functional validation of applications and pass the feedback/suggestions to other business and development teams.
- Involvement in requirement traceability matrix for the cycle and releases.
- Ensure maximum functional compliance to the business requirements and 0 % defect leakage
- Part of the team for maintaining key functional Test metrics that can be used for tracking
- Metrics management and share them with different stakeholders
Prepare Root Cause Analysis for defects(types, reason etc)
- Impart business Application and Domain training to project teams
- Develop functional specifications and new customer report templates for technical analysis
- Work with sales teams with respect to domain.
