Oracle Apps - HRMS Technical Consultant

Experience: 3-6 Years

Job Details:

         Implementation experience with the Oracle HRMS product to implement and maintain Emersons Oracle HRMS system.
Extensive Oracle experience in implementing Oracle HRMS Modules (HR, Payroll, OAB, Self-Service). Payroll is must.
Proficient in Oracle HRMS data model.
Strong technical understanding of the integrations between HRMS modules.
Experience in maintaining Oracle discoverer Administrator
Experience in customizing Oracle Forms and use of custom library.
         Design and Develop Data Conversion processes
Excellent knowledge of HRMS, Payroll & OAB conversion routines
Design and build conversion programs for various modules.
Experience and understanding of conversion for implementing HR with Multiple Business groups and in Multiple Languages.
Discoverer and Oracle Reports
Proficient in building reports using Oracle Report Writer and Discoverer
Experience in Maintaining Oracle Discoverer Administrator Module
Build and Modify Reports using Discoverer and Oracle Reports as specified
          Proficiency in Oracle Pl/SQL and SQL
Extensive experience in creating programs using pl/sql
Design and Develop outbound and inbound interfaces
Create ad-hoc programs to troubleshoot and break-fix.
Develop Dynamic and Database triggers
          Knowledge of Workflow and Oracle AME Module
Assimilate Business Requirements to design workflow using Approvals Management.
Knowledge of customizing workflow is preferred.
Assist in self service implementations.
         Experience in Oracle Fast Formula
Excellent knowledge of Oracle Fast Formula to be used in HR, Payroll and OAB.
Analyze and Map the business requirements with the help of Fast Formulas.
         Experience in Oracle Alerts
Excellent knowledge of Oracle Alerts
Experience in developing periodic and Event Alerts.
