Job Details:

- Interact closely with the development team to identify and rectify the issues and queries raised by the clients. - Candidate must have strong written and spoken communication skills.

- Willingness to work in Night Shifts is a must 

- Technical support background (preferably application support)

- SQL knowledge and ability to understand data requirements (preferably experience)

- Good English communication (oral and written)

- Ready to work in 24x7 environments

- Preferable candidate from IT Industry

- Ability to work under pressure,Meet scheduled deadlines, and work extra hours when needed.
