- Implementing various Software applications ' modules including designing user interfaces.
- Coding and Testing across a variety of platforms (Linux,Windows)
- Interacts closely with SW team to understand the Requirements/Designs, and start implementation with minimal guidance from Seniors.
- The trainee engineer shall also be trained in various SW development methodologies and Goodrich Process.
Basic Qualifications: Absolute Requirements
- Candidate should be Fresher and shall be a Bachelor of Engineering/Technology (B.E/BTech,.) in Computer Science or Information Science or Electronics.
- Candidate required to have following Process/Tools/Skills expertise
- C,C++,C#/VB.net/ASP .net
- Any script programming Python ,Perl.
- Strong in any of MS-SQL,MS-Access,Oracle databases.
- Any web server IIS,TomCat
- Experience designing, prototyping and implementing graphical user interfaces
- Experience writing and debugging multithreaded applications
- Initiative in suggesting alternative solutions
- UML experience
- Data management programming skill is a plus
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Jr. Mobile Developer is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining a variety of mobile apps specifically targeting the iPad, iPhone and web. This role will work closely with IT project managers, onshore and offshore resources and 3rd parties to deliver world class solutions that exceed the expectations of the business. This individual will need to develop in Objective C and have an understanding of the benefits and limitations of designing and developing for mobile devices. An understanding of Agile processes is a plus. To succeed in this role, the individual must be focused on the needs of the business, the capabilities of the technology and have exceptional development and documentation skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Working closely with other IT team members and end users to provide solutions based on business requirements during all phases of the development process.
· Creating solutions based on business needs by developing stand-alone apps or enhancing existing apps
· Designing and developing new apps from the ground up including detailed design, architecture and documentation
· Hands on involvement in all aspects of development including requirements, design, coding, testing and QA
· Supporting other team members on app development
· Supporting, troubleshooting, debugging, and testing changes to existing apps in support of end users on a daily basis
· Developing user interfaces, building components, documenting and optimizing code and participating in code reviews
· Reviewing, proposing and making improvements to existing apps where possible
· Exemplifies teamwork and fosters a team environment
· Passionate about providing technology solutions to business problems while taking advantage of new software patterns and architectures
- Providing technical and analytical support as it relates to mobile apps and mobile technology
