1. Candidates Must Have Excellent Verbal and Written English communication
2. Candidates Must possess good analytical skills
3. Candidates Must Be Proactive and taking the initiative
4. IT Processes awareness.
5. Troubleshooting and problem solving
6. Basic knowledge on Windows Server/System Administration
7. Must be familiar with DNS, DHCP, WSUS & AV
8. Technical Skills (Desirable):
9. Knowledge on Linux and Networking area
10. ITIL Process Framework awareness/exposure
11. Knowledge of Servers, Networking, Exchange, SafeNet, PGP, Remote Technical Support and must be familiar with hardware spares etc.
